What's on

‘What’s on?’ This is resonant with another of my Gran’s phrases, “tell me what you’ve got on, just so I know”, to which a slightly horrified acquaintance once responded: “clothes - I’m hardly going around naked!”. For me, it means ‘what are you doing?’

Dates for your Diary

Just to be clear, I’m not talking about attire, but about upcoming plans, so here are some dates for your diary, and I’d be delighted if you can join me.

Writing Circle

Join me on Monday evenings, 8.30pm UK time for an hour of quiet writing. We have a quick intro to each other, or catch up on what we’re working on, I light and candle, and then we write. This is open to all.

New Moon Journalling

I am finding it incredibly empowering to use the lunar months as a framework to work on new ideas and track progress on existing ones. Doing things on the day sends me into a headspin, so I’m making a date 2 days before each new moon to reflect on the previous 28 days, and identify what I want to work on for the coming 28 days. If you would like to join me, then follow the link below. I’m opening this up to all until December, then it will become a paid subscriber only benefit for new joiners.

Dates to be announced. I’m a bit out of kilter right now.

Masterclasses

In my other life as a nutritional therapist, I’m running a series of masterclasses on various wellness-related topics.

Learn to Love your Liver

I know a lot of folk launch into all kinds of new year’s resolutions and January detoxes. I’m not of the view that either are sustainable, so I offer my alternative: a gentle start to embodying health habits, and understanding why some small shifts are actually massive. My three part class starts Monday 19th January at 12.30pm UK time for the live session, the replay will be available to all registrants.

Rhinitis or Reflux? The digestive impacts of perimenopause

Do you ever wake up with a sore throat, croaky voice and stuffy nose, but you know you don’t have a cold? It’s possible that you are experiencing acid reflux.

Fluctuating hormone levels through perimenopause have a whole range of impacts beyond what you may expect, and digestive discomfort is one of them.

In this webinar I will explain what you may be experiencing and why, and give you some some natural approaches you can take to mitigate what you experience.
